BA is one of my favorite Burrito places! Every time we come back to the LaCrosse area we have to go. The flavor is great and they do a revolutionary thing by putting all ingredients in a bowl and mixing them so you get everything in each bite. I'll admit the salsa isn't very good but everything else is great. There menu is large and can accommodate anyone's taste.

This is the most non-Mexican burrito place I have ever seen. Cheeseburger burrito? Hold on, I need to hold back my yacking.

Great options, nice workers, and well priced. Meat is decently flavored, sauces and salsas are very good. Similar to Chipotle, with a little less seasoning on the meats (we had the chicken and pork), but overall very similar and good.

Good food...poor service. The burritos are huge and tasty. When I went back to the counter to get a bag, I stood there waiting for quite some time while the employee had his back to the window and appeared to be on his phone doing who knows sweat. My husband suggested that I open the front door to "chime him back to reality." I did and he came out but seemed very annoyed. If you're going to play on your phone and go on the other side of the partition, at least face the counter and keep an eye on your customers.

When are they going to open one of these where I live!? I was visiting a friend in Wisconsin, and she took me there for a late night snack. This place is so amazing, it makes places like Chipotle and Taco Bell look pathetic. There are so many burritos to choose from, and if you cannot find one on the massive list, then you can build your own. I settled on the Buffalo Chicken, which was out of this world. It was filled with rice, chicken, peppers, spicy ranch dressing, a bunch of other veggies and hot sauce. It was sooo good, I am going to crave it and it is 18 hours away, tragic. If you ever find yourself in La Crosse, WI, check out B.A. Burrito. So worth it!

Love this place. Great food, great choices. Like the 3 locations now so easier to get to in a hurry. Cant wait till they open more locations. Priced right. Glad we have B.A. Burritos as i've been to Chipotle and B'A. is much better

HUGE meal sized burritos that are fast food meal priced (about 8 dollars). Not the best quality ingredients, this is the subway of the burrito industry.

According to the review rating comments, 2 stars means, "Meh, I've experienced better." -- that, I have. I'm not saying the food was the worst or I wouldn't go back, but it was not Chipotle. As a matter of fact, this town, to my knowledge has no other major competitor other than Taco John's or Taco Bell. Those aren't considered gourmet. So, the guys below me had some hate words and I don't really, other than you shouldn't expect Chipotle. I knew it would be mediocre and I was hungry. So, I ate there knowing that I wouldn't be amazed. I wasn't amazed but I wasn't disappointed either. You just know it's second-rate. A couple other comments: 1. B.A. stands for big a#% and L.A., little a#% -- I asked the workers. 2. Make your own burrito is the only way to go if you want to be slightly satisfied. The "specialty" burritos sound disgusting. 3. Don't expect anything crazy amazing. It tastes like you made it at home. Pace salsa from the previous reviewer is totally right. This place reminded me of Taco Time, actually.

No bean in the veggie burrito? Do you want me to die of malnutrition?

No flavor at all. The salsa tasted like pace picante sauce, and the rice/beans were bland. I could make the same crap from groceries at a gas station. Can't wait for qdoba to open, don't know how this place will stay in business

I am a fan! It's not a Southern California burrito shack place, but it's definitely a go to when wanting spicy wrapped in a tortilla. It has a chain restaurant feel to it, but I think it has a nice twist compared to Chipotle or other Chipotle knockoffs. When doing burrito chain's I was a die-hard Chipotle person, but I'd likely go to BA before Chipotle at this point. If you are going to do a chain restaurant, this is a good one with few Midwest twists.

I like the prior review, its pretty much spot on. I got the carnitas, which I love, but they had no taste whatsoever. Actually my whole burrito pretty much had no taste. I got the hottest salsa, it sucked, wasn't hot at all. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if the salsa came out of a Tostitos jar in back. The cheese was cheddar, how authentic! They also put romaine lettuce in if your feeling particularly fancy. Seriously the worst burrito I've ever had, and it was $6. Taco Bell has about the same quality burrito for about $1.49. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
